Engagement letter
If we’re a good fit, you’ll receive a fixed-fee engagement letter within a few days: full scope, deliverables, fees, and timeline up front. No hourly billing surprises, no scope creep mid-year. If we’re not the right fit for your situation, we’ll tell you and point you toward someone who is.

Our Whitby office is at 70 Taunton Road East, just off Highway 412 with easy access from Oshawa, Ajax, and Pickering. In-person meetings are by appointment so we can give you uninterrupted time. Most clients prefer video calls or a hybrid mix; we keep both options open across the engagement and meet you wherever it works best for your schedule.
